Baked spinach & cheese rolls

高筋粉 400g
水 240g
鹽 3g (可加到5g)
欖油 16g
mixed herb (or rosemary/thyme) 2 tea spoon

Instant yeast 4g
菠菜(加少許油飛水待用)及cheddar芝士適量

1. 面包機內放入全部材料, 按dough建直到成團.
2. 取出搓揉, 拉長捲起重複多次至表面光滑, 放回機內發酵40mins.
3. 取出揉出空氣分成細面團, 靜置10mins
4. 造型包入菠菜及芝士, 第二次發酵30mins
5. 170'c 15-18mins, 視符面包厚度.
***我用desk top "Kitchen Pro" oven, 溫度較高所以用170'c 而不是180'c.
