方法: 1.
向超市直接買牛扒打開包裝, 放在雪櫃最高一格8日, 當中每隔兩天反轉一次.
2. 吃時先放室溫半小時, 因和牛油份超多, 只需落好少抽, 大中火每面煎2分鐘即成, 外脆內軟重牛味! 好味過平常冇aged過嘅牛扒好多倍! 食嗰陣只要加海盬.
