面: Caster sugar 及檸檬汁適量

1. 粉過篩及加入所有材料, 糖水除外. 攪拌均勻. 並在漿面放上三塊用糖浸過的檸檬片. 

2. 效入已鋪牛油紙的焗盤內, 爐預熱10mins 160'c. 之後放入爐內焗35-40mins. 在最後兩分鐘塗抹檸檬糖水即成.
